This two day workshop will begin by focusing on helping the student to plan and develop a good design. Brett breaks down the painting process into basic fundamental elements and encourages his students to keep their approach and subject matter as simple as possible. Brett will demo and lecture in the mornings and students will paint in the afternoon with one-onone instruction and guidance. Discussions will also include the other important fundamentals of composition, drawing, edges, and textures.
